  • Lead global service partner development, including strategic tender activity, performance improvement, and commercial governance across warehousing 3PLs, control tower 4PLs, transportation partners, and other key Operations service providers.
  • Oversee centralised budgetary analysis across Operations, supporting visibility, control, and governance of OPEX and CAPEX activities across the global supply chain.
  • Generate data-driven insights into operational performance, ways of working, service quality, cost drivers, and customer impact, using these insights to shape strategic and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key areas of focus:

  • Act as the central funnel point for commercial and customer requests, translating business needs into operational realities.
  • Identify global best practices and scale them across regions, partners, and operational functions.
  • Establish performance metrics, governance forums, and improvement roadmaps to drive accountability and progress.

  • Proven experience leading Operational Excellence, Lean, continuous improvement, or business transformation programs.
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain operations, including warehousing, transportation, distribution, 3PL/4PL management, and operational governance.
  • Experience leading or supporting global tenders, service partner development, and supplier performance improvement.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience overseeing or analyzing OPEX, CAPEX, cost performance, and budgetary controls.
  • Demonstrated experience with Lean tools and methodologies, including Kaizen, value stream mapping, Gemba, standard work, waste reduction, and continuous improvement routines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
