  • Own and coordinate the QBR process with key service partners, ensuring reviews are consistent, data-driven, globally aligned, and focused on performance, service improvement, risk, and future business needs.
  • Manage the cross-Operations budgeting process for OPEX and CAPEX, working closely with Finance and Planning teams to provide accurate budgetary numbers, CPU assumptions, and monthly tracking.

  • Develop reporting packs, performance scorecards, and action logs to support decision-making.
  • Ensure regional requirements are represented while maintaining alignment to global standards.
  • Support the development of a global service partner strategy across transportation, warehousing, and logistics control tower operations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
