Job Description

En esta oportunidad nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Líder de Equipo de Aseguramiento de la Calidad (Quality Assurance Team Lead) que estará a cargo de:

  • Supervisión operativa y gestión de calidad: Supervisar las operaciones diarias de QA, garantizando altos estándares de servicio, identificando cuellos de botella en los procesos e implementando estrategias para impulsar la mejora continua en las instalaciones de Playtech Live.
  • Liderazgo y gestión de equipo: Guiar, coordinar y desarrollar a los especialistas de QA, administrar horarios de trabajo, asignar recursos eficientemente para cumplir los objetivos de desempeño y promover un entorno laboral colaborativo y positivo.
  • Análisis de datos e informes: Analizar reportes y estadísticas de calidad para respaldar la toma de decisiones basada en datos, así como mantener y actualizar políticas y procedimientos efectivos de QA.
  • Capacitación, alineación y seguimiento: Coordinar programas de formación para el equipo, realizar reuniones periódicas de alineación de objetivos y brindar retroalimentación continua para apoyar el desarrollo profesional del personal.
  • Comunicación y alineación comercial: Transmitir con claridad y confianza los procedimientos, expectativas y directrices de la empresa, manteniendo una fuerte visión comercial orientada a entornos de alto rendimiento.

Qualifications

Requisitos:

  • Habilidades lingüísticas (Indispensable): Dominio fluido del idioma inglés y español (nivel profesional avanzado para comunicarse de forma oral, escrita y de lectura con soltura).
  • Educación: Formación superior en Aseguramiento de la Calidad (QA), Atención al Cliente, Administración de Empresas, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Manejo eficiente de MS Office, Confluence, Jira, MS Teams y otras herramientas digitales de colaboración. Sólido dominio de metodologías de QA, estándares de calidad y técnicas de análisis estadístico de datos.
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y gestión: Capacidad comprobada para liderar equipos, orientar y mentorear personal, multitareas, planificar estratégicamente y tomar decisiones oportunas bajo presión.
  • Habilidades interpersonales y comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de relación interpersonal, diplomacia para manejar el conflicto y capacidad para colaborar eficazmente con personas de diversas culturas o puntos de vista.
  • Capacidad de respuesta y resolución de problemas: Alta velocidad de reacción ante desafíos operativos, adaptabilidad y capacidad para proponer soluciones prácticas de manera ágil.
  • Organización y atributos personales: Elevada tolerancia al estrés, extrema atención al detalle, precisión en la ejecución y sólida conciencia comercial alineada a entornos orientados a resultados.
