Dein Wirkungsfeld

Unsere Business Support Systems bilden eine zentrale Grundlage für die digitale Abbildung unserer Produkte, Prozesse und Customer Journeys. Von CRM und Produktkatalog über Order Management und Billing bis hin zu Partner- und Self-Service-Portalen sorgen sie dafür, dass unsere Geschäftsmodelle durchgängig, skalierbar und zukunftsfähig unterstützt werden.

Als Enterprise / Solution Architekt (m/w/d) BSS gestaltest du die fachliche und technische Architektur unserer BSS-Landschaft und richtest sie konsequent an unseren strategischen Unternehmenszielen aus. Du entwickelst Zielarchitekturen, begleitest Transformations- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen und sorgst für eine nachhaltige Integration von Produkten, Prozessen, Daten und IT-Systemen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey.

Dabei bildest du die Brücke zwischen Business, Produktmanagement, Fachbereichen und IT und gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung unserer Systemlandschaft aktiv mit.

Dein Aufgabenfeld

  • Du entwickelst unsere BSS-Zielarchitektur kontinuierlich weiter und definierst relevante Architekturprinzipien, Standards und Governance-Vorgaben.
  • Für neue Produkte, Prozesse und Geschäftsmodelle konzipierst du Lösungsarchitekturen und sorgst für eine konsistente End-to-End-Architektur entlang der gesamten Customer Journey – von CRM und Produktkatalog über Order Management bis Billing und Self-Service.
  • Die Modernisierung und Transformation unserer BSS-Landschaft gestaltest du aktiv mit, entwickelst entsprechende Roadmaps und begleitest Transformations-, Cloud- und Implementierungsprojekte von der Konzeption bis zur Produktivsetzung.
  • Dabei bewertest du Architekturentscheidungen und neue Technologien, führst Architektur-, Machbarkeits- und Impactanalysen durch und stellst die nachhaltige Integration von Prozessen, Daten, Applikationen und Schnittstellen sicher.
  • Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT berätst du Management, Produktmanagement und Fachbereiche bei strategischen und technologischen Fragestellungen und moderierst bereichsübergreifende Architekturentscheidungen und Workshops.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect oder IT-Architekt mit.
  • In komplexen Systemlandschaften sowie Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten hast du bereits fundierte Erfahrung gesammelt; Kenntnisse der Telekommunikationsbranche sind von Vorteil.
  • Fachlich überzeugst du mit fundierten Kenntnissen in Enterprise und Solution Architecture, Business Process Design sowie API-, Integrations-, Microservices- und Cloud-Architekturen.
  • Darüber hinaus kennst du zentrale BSS-Komponenten wie CRM, CPQ, Produktkataloge, Order Management und Billing. Erfahrung mit Salesforce Communications Cloud / Vlocity, MuleSoft oder vergleichbaren Plattformen sowie TM-Forum-Standards ist ein Plus.
  • Mit strategischem und analytischem Denkvermögen, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke sowie hoher Lösungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit bewegst du dich souverän an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business, Management und IT.
