Dein Wirkungsfeld

Als Portfolio Manager (m/w/d) verantwortest du die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios im B2B-Telekommunikationsumfeld. Ziel der Rolle ist es, Markt- und Kundenanforderungen frühzeitig zu erkennen und daraus tragfähige Produktstrategien sowie wirtschaftlich erfolgreiche Angebote abzuleiten.

Du analysierst Markttrends, bewertest neue Produktideen und entwickelst Value Propositions, die unser Portfolio differenzieren. Dabei steuerst du den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der ersten Idee über Entwicklung und Markteinführung bis hin zur Weiterentwicklung oder Ablösung von Produkten.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, IT, Architektur, Operations und weiteren Fachbereichen sorgst du dafür, dass strategische Portfolioentscheidungen erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

Dein Aufgabenfeld

  • Analyse von Markt-, Kunden- und Technologietrends zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios
  • Entwicklung von Produktstrategien, Value Propositions und differenzierenden Leistungsmerkmalen
  • Steuerung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Idee über Launch bis zum Lifecycle Management
  • Erstellung und Bewertung von Business Cases, Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen und Pricing-Modellen
  • Entwicklung und Priorisierung der Produkt-Roadmap unter Berücksichtigung von Marktanforderungen, technischem Aufwand und Business Impact
  • Analyse von Produktperformance und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Optimierung des Portfolios
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT, Architektur, Entwicklung und Operations bei der Umsetzung von Produktanforderungen
  • Unterstützung von Vertrieb und Partnern durch Produktwissen, Schulungen und geeignete Unterlagen

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produkt- oder Portfolio-Management, idealerweise im B2B-Telekommunikations- oder Technologieumfeld
  • Verständnis von Telekommunikationstechnologien, digitalen Plattformen und Service-Modellen
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Produktstrategien sowie in der Bewertung von Business Cases und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen
  • Fähigkeit, Markt- und Produktdaten zu analysieren und daraus fundierte Entscheidungen abzuleiten
  • Erfahrung im Management von Produkt-Roadmaps und im Anforderungsmanagement
  • Starkes Stakeholder-Management und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit Business- und Technologie-Teams
  • Analytisches, strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Strukturierte, pragmatische und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
