Job Description:

Como Accounting Analyst brindarás soporte operativo y aportarás visión financiera dentro de la función de Contabilidad. Además de realizar asientos contables y conciliaciones, este rol contribuye a la elaboración de reportes financieros, análisis de desvíos y al desarrollo de proyectos específicos.

Actuarás como nexo entre las tareas contables transaccionales y la interpretación financiera de la información, contribuyendo a mejorar la calidad de los datos y a facilitar la toma de decisiones.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE

Responsibilities:

Análisis Contable

  • Elaborar asientos contables y garantizar su correcto tratamiento contable.
  • Realizar conciliaciones complejas de cuentas e identificar y resolver diferencias.
  • Analizar saldos contables, devengamientos, provisiones, activos fijos y transacciones intercompañía.
  • Mantener la exactitud del libro mayor y brindar soporte en las revisiones contables.

Cierres Contables, Revisión Financiera y Soporte en Reportes

  • Brindar soporte en las actividades de cierre mensual, trimestral y anual.
  • Preparar análisis financieros, conciliaciones y reportes de soporte.
  • Realizar análisis de desvíos y proporcionar comentarios e interpretaciones financieras.
  • Garantizar la confiabilidad de la información financiera para la gerencia, auditorías y procesos de reporting.

Análisis Transversal y Colaboración con Finanzas

  • Trabajar en conjunto con los equipos de Control de Gestión (Controlling), Impuestos, Tesorería, Compras y Operaciones.
  • Analizar el impacto contable de las transacciones del negocio.
  • Identificar y resolver problemas contables entre diferentes sistemas y áreas.
  • Brindar soporte en revisiones del negocio y requerimientos relacionados con Finanzas.

Controles, Auditoría y Mejora de Procesos

  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los controles internos, las normas contables y las regulaciones vigentes.
  • Brindar soporte en auditorías internas y externas.
  • Identificar debilidades en los procesos y proponer mejoras.
  • Participar en proyectos de automatización, optimización de sistemas y mejora de reportes.

¿Que buscamos?

Formación

  • Estudiante o graduado/a de Contabilidad, Finanzas o carreras afines.

Experiencia:

  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y sistemas ERP.
  • Perfil analítico y experiencia en elaboración de reportes.
