Job Description:

Customer Success – Large Accounts manages strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term client satisfaction, platform adoption, and ongoing expansion. This role supports clients in maximizing the engagement impact of their benefit programs and leads renewals, expansion planning, and re-bids in coordination with the Tender Specialist.

What you’ll be doing: (Main duties and activities which define the job, reponsibilities and its interactions)

Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients through Teams, phone calls, or on‑site meeting as required by commercial needs.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments.

Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs.

Provide clients with updates on new products and services.

Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Work Experience Requirements: 4-8 years of experience in client relationship management (large company) or a related field.
  • Languages: Spanish and English fluent
