Rattaché(e) au Directeur National Acquisition Mid-Market, vous prenez la responsabilité d'une équipe d'Account Executives Acquisition Mid Market et contribuez activement au développement du portefeuille clients de Pluxee sur l'ensemble du territoire hors Île-de-France.

🎯 Vos missions principales :

  • Recrutez, intégrez et accompagnez les Account Executives de votre équipe.
  • Pilotez la performance individuelle et collective afin d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux définis.
  • Définissez et déployez les plans d'actions nécessaires pour accélérer la croissance du marché Mid Market.
  • Participez à l'élaboration de la stratégie commerciale Acquisition Meal Mid Market.
  • Accompagnez vos collaborateurs dans le développement de leurs compétences commerciales et managériales.
  • Garantissez la satisfaction des futurs clients et la rentabilité de votre périmètre.
  • Animez une dynamique d'équipe positive et performante.
  • Portez les ambitions stratégiques de l'entreprise auprès de vos équipes.
  • Assurez le reporting de l'activité via les outils et processus internes.
  • Contribuez à des projets transverses d'amélioration continue et d'optimisation de l'organisation.

Vous disposez d'une expérience réussie dans le management d'équipes commerciales BtoB et avez démontré votre capacité à développer la performance dans un environnement orienté résultats.

  • Votre leadership et votre aptitude à fédérer une équipe autour d'objectifs ambitieux.
  • Votre excellente maîtrise des techniques de vente et de l'environnement commercial.
  • Votre sens de l'organisation, votre autonomie et votre capacité à prendre des initiatives.
  • Votre capacité à accompagner et développer les talents.
  • Votre aisance relationnelle, votre écoute et votre esprit d'équipe

Une bonne maîtrise des outils digitaux, de Salesforce et des outils de pilotage de la performance est appréciée.
