Operational Support

  • Work closely with Commissary, Manufacturing, and Restaurant Operations to ensure products can be consistently produced and executed across all locations.
  • Participate in production trials, store validations, and operational assessments to identify process improvements and enhance execution consistency.
  • Collaborate with Industrial Engineering and Operations teams on production workflows, equipment selection, and capacity planning for new products and process enhancements.

Quality, Food Safety & Compliance

  • Partner with Quality Assurance and Food Safety teams to establish quality standards, critical control points, and food safety requirements for new and existing products.
  • Ensure technical documentation complies with regulatory requirements and internal quality management systems.
  • Support product investigations and implement corrective actions to address operational or quality-related concerns.

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive initiatives that improve product consistency, operational efficiency, production yields, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process enhancements based on operational feedback and performance metrics.
  • Monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities for continuous product and process improvements.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
