This individual contributor role requires advanced analytical capabilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to solve complex business problems independently. This role offers strong career progression, with opportunities to help build and eventually lead an analytics team. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end analytics projects involving complex datasets and business requirements. Analyze customer lifecycle, segmentation, retention, churn, and campaign performance data. Build advanced dashboards, analytical models, and strategic reporting tools. Deliver actionable recommendations to improve customer engagement and business performance. Solve complex business problems using structured analytical approaches. Partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategic CRM decisions. Support analytics capability building and mentor junior analysts when needed. Qualifications Extensive experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven strategy roles. Strong expertise in end-to-end analytics and business problem-solving. Proven ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders. Leadership potential with interest in future people management. Key Responsibilities Perform end-to-end analytics, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and insight generation. Analyze customer behavior, engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance metrics. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor CRM performance. Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through quantitative analysis. Partner with internal stakeholders to support data-driven CRM initiatives. Present findings clearly to local and expatriate stakeholders. Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, CRM analytics, or related functions. Open to candidates from any industry.
