The posting

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite Industry: Pharmaceutical Location: Pasig

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement market access strategies that facilitate timely, sustainable, and appropriate access to the company’s pharmaceutical products across the Philippine healthcare market.
  • Oversee pricing, reimbursement, and product value strategies, aligning healthcare financing policies, institutional requirements, and market access opportunities with business objectives.
  • Identify and manage relationships with key access stakeholders, including government bodies, public and private healthcare providers, financing institutions, procurement entities, hospital networks, and other relevant decision-makers.
  • Track changes in healthcare policies, pricing regulations, reimbursement mechanisms, procurement processes, and public health initiatives to assess their impact on product accessibility and commercial opportunities.
  • Incorporate market access considerations into product launch and commercialization plans while ensuring adherence to Philippine regulations, industry standards, internal policies, and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Public Health, Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales and marketing managerial experience and approximately 5 years of relevant experience in market access, pricing and reimbursement, institutional business, or healthcare strategy.
  • Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience in the Philippines is preferred, particularly in engaging government, institutional, procurement, or healthcare financing stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, pharmaceutical commercial practices, market access, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent strategic planning, analytical, project management, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
