The posting

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Marketing Analyst to support marketing and business initiatives through data analysis, reporting, project coordination, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple projects, working with large datasets, and translating data into meaningful insights.

Experience with Adobe Workspace and Adobe Report Builder is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze marketing and business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analyses to support business and marketing decisions.
  • Work with Adobe Workspace to access, analyze, and interpret marketing performance data.
  • Utilize Adobe Report Builder to create, automate, and maintain recurring reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data, reports, and analytical outputs.
  • Manage multiple projects and reporting requirements simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify deliverables, and communicate project updates.
  • Translate business requirements into clear reporting and analytical outputs.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support process improvements related to reporting, data analysis, and marketing operations.
  • Present findings, trends, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and business teams.
  • Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in marketing analytics, business operations, reporting, or a similar role.
  • Experience in general business operations; experience in the retail or apparel industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; an analytical background is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to consistently deliver against deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience working with Adobe Report Builder is strongly preferred.
  • Experience using Adobe Workspace as a workspace/reporting and analysis platform rather than solely as a data source.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
