The posting

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to support and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, with a focus on Finance and Treasury-related processes.

The successful candidate will serve as a functional subject matter expert, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective system configurations and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the functional configuration, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Finance and Treasury-related modules.
  • Analyze business requirements and map existing processes to Oracle Fusion capabilities.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate functional solutions to address business needs.
  • Provide functional support, troubleshoot system issues, and drive continuous system improvement.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define and implement solutions for business-specific requirements.
  • Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate functional requirements.
  • Develop user documentation and deliver training to Finance and Treasury end users.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to improve processes and maximize the value of Oracle Fusion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant, preferably within Finance and Treasury.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials modules and related business processes.
  • Experience in functional configuration, implementation, application support, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional system solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cash Management, bank account management, bank statement processing, cash positioning, or other Treasury-related processes.
  • Experience with end-to-end implementation projects, system enhancements, and process optimization.
  • Experience conducting functional testing, UAT, and end-user training.
