The posting

We are looking for a Software Engineer who can develop and maintain software components, build integrations, and contribute to the design and delivery of reliable, scalable applications. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who can work independently, make sound technical decisions, and take ownership of features from design through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain backend and frontend software components.
  • Build and manage APIs and integrations between applications, services, and AI models.
  • Ensure software quality, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and data teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write unit and integration tests and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Contribute to architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.
  • Participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and help guide fellow developers.
  • Identify technical risks, evaluate trade-offs, and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute to agile development practices and deliver features within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional software development experience, preferably in backend or full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in at least one of the following: Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
  • Experience developing and integrating APIs, such as REST or GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, debugging, and code quality.
  • Experience contributing to system design or making technical decisions in real-world projects.
  • Ability to own features or systems end-to-end, from technical design to deployment.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to balance technical quality with business priorities and delivery timelines.

We value engineers who take initiative, think critically, communicate technical decisions clearly, and care about building maintainable software. You should be comfortable collaborating across teams, solving complex problems, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Experience integrating AI models or AI-powered services into software applications is an advantage.
