Key Responsibilities:

Map and document current-state processes, including workflows, activities, controls, and dependencies.Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather process requirements, inputs, outputs, and operational considerations.Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement and standardization.Support the design of future-state processes, including workflows, roles, handoffs, and service delivery models.Ensure process documentation aligns with global standards, frameworks, taxonomy, and naming conventions.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, process documentation, and job aids.Create training materials and knowledge resources to support onboarding and knowledge transfer.Document process controls, risks, and compliance requirements to ensure governance and audit readiness.Maintain accurate and organized process repositories, including version control and documentation updates.Partner with Design, Build, and Transition teams to ensure processes and documentation are implementation-ready.Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and escalate identified gaps for resolution.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Education, or a related field.4+ years of experience in process analysis, operations, transformation, documentation, or shared services.Experience in process mapping, workflow documentation, and business process analysis.Proven experience developing SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and knowledge assets.Experience supporting process improvement, transformation, migration, or transition initiatives.
