About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Property Sales Executive who thrives in a target-driven environment and has a strong passion for consultative selling and closing deals. The role will focus on acquiring new business clients, conducting face-to-face client meetings and property/workspace tours, presenting solutions based on client requirements, and converting qualified prospects into successful sales. The ideal candidate is a confident relationship builder, persuasive communicator, and results-oriented sales professional who can manage a high volume of inquiries while actively generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Handle a high volume of inquiries and qualified sales leads from prospective clients.

• Conduct face-to-face meetings, client presentations, and tours of available

spaces/facilities.

• Understand client requirements, business needs, budget, and preferred location to recommend appropriate solutions.

• Present and promote the full range of products and services based on client needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business owners,decision-makers, and brokers.

• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry/prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.

• Handle client objections and provide practical solutions to move opportunities

toward closing.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

• Participate in networking activities, promotional events, and other business development initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, and sales results.

• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

• Manage time and sales activities effectively to maximize productivity and revenue generation.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, corporate sales, real estate, property leasing, hospitality, coworking, or other consultative sales environments.

• Proven experience in new business development and closing deals.

• Experience conducting client presentations, meetings, property/site tours, or similar face-to-face sales activities is highly preferred.

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Confident, persuasive, and professional when dealing with clients and decisionmakers.

• Comfortable handling a high volume of inquiries and managing multiple prospects simultaneously.

• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.

• Highly motivated by sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.

• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing a territory independently.
