Property Admin Specialist

Job Title: Property Admin Specialist Location: Metro Manila Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Property Admin Specialist to oversee administrative and operational support for property management activities. The role involves coordinating tenant concerns, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day property operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle property-related administrative tasks and documentation
  • Coordinate with tenants, contractors, and vendors
  • Monitor lease agreements, renewals, and billing schedules
  • Assist in property inspections and maintenance coordination
  • Prepare reports, memos, and operational updates
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant concerns and service requests
  • Support compliance with building policies and regulations
  • Ensure timely processing of permits and utility concerns

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in property administration or real estate support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience working with commercial or residential properties
