The posting

The Recruitment Associate is an entry-level professional position designed to establish strong foundations in end-to-end recruitment delivery and operational discipline. This role supports PM Consultings mission by ensuring accurate and consistent execution of the recruitment lifecycle while developing the skills and work ethic required for progression within the firm.

Key Accountabilities

1. Operational Excellence (OX)

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute end-to-end recruitment activities from requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Utilize approved job portals, social platforms, and internal networks to identify qualified talent.
  • Interviewing: Conduct competency-based, behavioral, and basic technical interviews.
  • Documentation: Maintain complete and timely records in official systems and prepare comprehensive candidate assessments.
  • Productivity: Meet daily and monthly delivery expectations; promptly escalate operational risks or issues.

2. Client & Customer Experience (CX)

  • Professionally manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure clear, respectful, and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Support client delivery commitments through reliable execution and follow-through.

3. Development & People Experience (PX/DX)

  • Collaborate with colleagues to support team morale and shared objectives.
  • Take personal ownership of development by participating in training, coaching, and feedback sessions.
  • Demonstrate learning agility and readiness for increased responsibility.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience: 0-2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Education: Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Attributes: Willingness to learn, ability to follow strict processes, and openness to coaching.

Performance Management & Progression

Performance is evaluated quarterly and annually based on the four Ways of Working:

  1. Operational Excellence (60%): Revenue performance and execution reliability.
  2. Development Experience (30%): Learning progress and skill acquisition.
  3. People Experience (5%): Collaboration, professionalism, and conduct.
  4. Client & Customer Experience (5%): Candidate experience and responsiveness.
