The posting

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to build, enhance, and maintain high-quality Salesforce solutions that support core business processes and evolving platform needs.

The role will translate approved functional and technical requirements into scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing solutions. You will play a key role in project delivery, custom Salesforce development, integrations, technical troubleshooting, testing, and continuous platform improvement.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations, with a strong focus on code quality and reliable production delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development & Customization

  • Build, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL, and other appropriate Salesforce capabilities.
  • Develop custom solutions aligned with established technical and architectural standards.
  • Work on Salesforce enhancements, platform improvements, and approved project initiatives.

Project & Sprint Delivery

  • Execute assigned development work within projects and sprints.
  • Provide accurate technical estimates and consistently deliver committed sprint work.
  • Communicate technical risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.

Code Quality & Engineering Standards

  • Participate in peer code reviews and incorporate technical feedback.
  • Follow established Salesforce coding standards, security practices, and architectural guidelines.

Integrations & APIs

  • Work with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, middleware, and integration platforms.
  • Support integrations involving tools such as Zapier, Jotform, Calendly, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.

Testing & Release Quality

  • Create and maintain appropriate Apex unit tests.
  • Support functional and regression testing.
  • Validate deployment readiness and help minimize post-release defects.
  • Participate in release and deployment activities.

Performance & Platform Optimization

  • Develop solutions with Salesforce governor limits, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability in mind.
  • Optimize queries, automation, and custom development where required.
  • Support large-data-volume and performance-related improvements.

Technical Debt & Platform Maintenance

  • Help remediate technical debt, legacy code, inefficient automation, deprecated functionality, and other platform issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements in Salesforce architecture and maintainability.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

  • Diagnose and resolve complex Salesforce defects and technical issues escalated by Administrators or Operations.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis and implement reliable, production-ready fixes.
  • Partner with technical leadership when issues require deeper architectural review.

Documentation

  • Maintain technical documentation covering custom development, integrations, configuration dependencies, deployment considerations, and platform components.
  • Ensure solutions are properly documented for long-term support and maintainability.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Low post-deployment defect rates and strong contribution to zero-defect releases.
  • Consistent completion of committed development work.
  • Technical estimation and sprint commitment predictability of 90% or higher.
  • Adherence to Salesforce coding standards, security practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • Zero avoidable critical governor-limit violations.
  • Consistent progress on assigned technical debt, optimization, and platform-maintenance initiatives.

  • Practical experience developing or supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, or similar technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver production-ready, reliable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
