The posting

The Shared Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of Finance, HR, and Administrative Support services for assigned client accounts. This role ensures efficient day-to-day operations, maintains high service standards, strengthens client relationships, and drives continuous process improvement across shared services functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of Finance, HR, and Administrative Support services for assigned clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal shared services teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, objectives, and service requirements to ensure operational alignment.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and service level agreement (SLA) compliance while identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in Shared Services, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Operations Management, or Client Services.
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional teams supporting Finance, HR, and Administrative operations.
  • Strong understanding of shared services operations, service delivery, SLA management, and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and consistently deliver high-quality service.
