O Assistente de Contratos é responsável por apoiar a gestão e o controle dos contratos da organização, garantindo que todas as informações estejam organizadas, atualizadas e em conformidade com os termos acordados. Atua diretamente na conferência de documentos, validação de notas fiscais e acompanhamento de atividades de prestadores de serviços, assegurando a aderência ao escopo contratado.

Esse profissional também dá suporte aos processos de pagamento, controle de prazos e organização documental, além de manter interface constante com as áreas financeira, jurídica e gestores, contribuindo para o bom andamento das rotinas contratuais.

Além disso, é responsável por identificar possíveis inconsistências ou divergências nos contratos e processos relacionados, apoiando na resolução de problemas e na melhoria contínua dos controles internos.

  • Analisar e conferir notas fiscais de prestadores de serviços (PJ) e fornecedores, garantindo conformidade com contratos firmados
  • Validar relatórios de atividades entregues por prestadores, assegurando aderência ao escopo contratado
  • Controlar prazos contratuais, vigências e alertas de vencimento de contratos e aditivos
  • Organizar, arquivar e manter atualizada a documentação contratual (contratos, aditivos, distratos e anexos)
  • Apoiar na elaboração e revisão de contratos e aditivos, junto às áreas responsáveis
  • Realizar o controle e acompanhamento de pagamentos, conferindo valores, prazos e documentação de suporte
  • Atualizar planilhas e sistemas de controle interno com informações contratuais e financeiras
  • Atuar como interface entre as áreas financeira, jurídica e gestores de contratos
  • Identificar inconsistências, divergências contratuais ou financeiras e reportar para tratativa
  • Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, disponibilizando documentos e informações quando solicitado
  • Garantir a padronização e compliance dos processos contratuais
  • Acompanhar a execução dos contratos, sinalizando desvios de escopo ou performance
  • Controlar cadastro de fornecedores e prestadores de serviço
  • Auxiliar na melhoria contínua dos processos e fluxos da área de contratos
