Buscamos um profissional organizado, comunicativo e atento aos detalhes, para atuar no suporte às rotinas administrativas e contratuais, realizando atendimento a clientes, elaboração de documentos e acompanhamento dos processos internos.

Principais atividades:

  • Atender clientes e prestar suporte às demandas internas;
  • Elaborar e conferir contratos, aditivos e distratos;
  • Realizar cadastros e atualizações de informações nos sistemas da empresa;
  • Acompanhar contratos, instalações, desinstalações e agendamentos de serviços;
  • Solicitar equipamentos e abrir chamados para as áreas responsáveis;
  • Conferir documentos e acompanhar aprovações contratuais;
  • Apoiar as equipes Comercial, Financeira e Técnica nas demandas relacionadas aos clientes;
  • Organizar documentos, planilhas e controles administrativos;
  • Realizar outras atividades relacionadas à função.

Requisitos e qualificações:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Conhecimento básico em informática (Pacote Office);
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade;
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e lidar com clientes;
  • Desejável experiência em rotinas administrativas ou atendimento ao cliente.

Diferencial: experiência com contratos, cadastros em sistemas ou atividades administrativas comerciais.

Horário de Trabalho: Seg a sexta-07h00min as 16h00min
