1、2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉掌握Spark、Hadoop、Hive、Hbase、MapReduce、Flink、Kafka、Kylin等大数据相关技术； 3、有使用Claude、ChatGPT、Deepseek、GLM、KIMI等CodeLLM编程的经验者优先。 4、熟悉数仓维度建模； 5、精通各类SQL，熟悉性能调优； 6、熟悉阿里云dataworks优先。
