1、负责得物商品/社区的算法相关工作，共同搭建业界领先的推荐系统、搜索系统、AI中台（NLP、音视频、图像），内容理解等，为潮流社区及潮流购物提供更加个性化及精准化的服务； 2、深入理解业务和机器学习技术，优化算法并工业落地，解决大规模机器学习问题，持续提升算法效果； 3、深入理解用户行为，结合数据挖掘等技术，丰富用户长短期兴趣建模，满足多元化的用户体验需求。

1、2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子、数学等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉常用数据结构，具备扎实的算法基本功，热爱编程，熟悉Java、Python、go或其他主流编程语言；熟悉一种或多种业界主流分布式机器学习/深度学习框架，包括不限于TensorFlow、PyTorch，MXNet，PaddlePaddle等； 3、能够熟练使用 Claude Code、Codex 等 AI 辅助开发工具提升研发效率；对大模型训练或推理技术有一定了解，接触过以下至少一类框架者优先： 训练与微调：Megatron-LM、DeepSpeed、ms-swift、VERL等； 推理与部署：SGLang、vLLM 4、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习能力、独立思考能力及逻辑分析能力。
