产品运营：迭代优化服务产品 导购-下单-履约链路 1、负责生活服务、租赁服务全线产品的日常运营与迭代优化，深度挖掘用户租前、租中、租后全链路痛点，结合行业特性（免押租赁、即时履约、设备维保、售后纠纷、本地服务落地）输出产品优化方案、功能迭代需求，协同产品、技术团队完成落地上线； 2、梳理租赁产品标准化体系，包括租赁套餐定价、租期规则、押金政策、赔付标准、退换货流程、维保服务规范，同时优化生活服务类商品的上架、核销、售后流程，提升产品标准化、规范化程度，降低用户决策成本与履约风险； 3、跟踪产品核心数据（下单转化率、支付成功率、退单率、续租率、客诉率、商品核销率、空置率），定期输出产品运营数据分析报告，定位产品短板，输出优化策略并落地复盘，持续提升产品体验与商业效率； 4、对主流电商平台模式、运营玩法、服务权益、定价策略进行拆解，结合自身业务特性完成产品差异化升级，打造核心服务竞争力。

1、2027届应届生，本科及以上学历，市场营销、电子商务、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、热爱数码科技，对数码产品有浓厚兴趣，有相关实习经历者优先； 3、熟练掌握Office办公软件，具备一定的数据分析能力； 4、有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，做事细致负责。
