1. 全链路履约优化：深度参与 POIZON 全球履约全链路（供给端 → 头程集货 → 海外仓/保税仓 → 尾程派送 → 用户签收），识别仓储与物流各环节的效率瓶颈与成本洼地，输出可落地的履约产品方案，实现用户体验提升与履约成本压降双目标； 2. 时效产品专项：联动体验、运营、产品团队，推动"全球 7 日达 / 10 日达"等确定性时效产品的设计、上线与迭代；同步推进逆向退货履约降本专项，缩短退货入仓周期、降低逆向物流损耗； 3. 新区域 0→1 履约搭建：逐步参与新开拓用户区域的履约能力从零搭建，结合当地物流基建与监管环境，设计具备竞争力的端到端履约方案并完成落地验证； 4. 品类定制化履约：针对不同商品特性（如鞋服、潮玩、奢侈品、大件/易碎品等），输出差异化的仓储操作标准与物流产品方案（如恒温仓、加固包装、高值保价、特殊清关通道等），匹配供给端需求。

1. 2027 届应届生，本科及以上学历，国际贸易 / 物流管理 / 供应链管理 / 电子商务相关专业优先；英语可作为工作语言优先；有 AI 工具提效经验优先； 2. 精通 Excel（数据透视表、VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH、条件格式可视化），具备数据清洗与分析能力；会 SQL 者加分； 3. 优秀的跨部门沟通与项目推进能力，能在多方利益博弈中推动方案落地； 4. 对全球跨境电商有好奇心，学习速度快，能接受业务快速迭代的节奏；有跨境物流/海外仓/电商平台实习经验者加分。
