1. 行业洞察与商业化策略制定；深入理解行业商家经营模式及特性，从商家经营视角出发，进行深度数据洞察，敏锐识别问题、挖掘销售可能性和商业化收入增长机会，策划并牵引行业商家商业化投放全盘方案；结合商家层级、经营能力与品类特点，制定差异化商业化推广及激励策略；深入研究竞品推广数据、推广策略及内容人群方向，制定销售方案； 2. 数据体系搭建与策略迭代；围绕商家经营、商业化核心指标，搭建数据监控与复盘体系；通过数据分析定位业务问题，持续迭代优化运营策略，形成业务闭环；监测关键指标（如：收入GMV、ROI、LTV等），通过数据持续迭代策略； 3. 方法论沉淀与方案输出：参与方法论沉淀与方案输出；根据业务场景及行业痛点，提供综合的商业产品解决方案，定期输出方法论，打造可复用的标杆案例与方法论，驱动行业影响力与收入双提升。推进重点广告主需求挖掘、产品测试、产品案例包装等，推动产品迭代；通过项目经营分析与复盘机制，沉淀可复用的方法论与运营模型； 4. 跨部门协同；参与销售数据的监控、统计与分析，输出阶段性经营分析报告；协同商业化销售、行业运营等团队，系统开展商业化商家调研，提炼共性问题与痛点，形成针对性策略，协助输出可落地的商业化产品销售通案，并通过持续复盘优化，有效推动收入目标达成。
