1、2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，视觉传达设计、工业设计、人机交互相关专业优先，热爱设计； 2、具备扎实的设计基本功与审美能力，逻辑思维清晰，可以理解复杂需求，也能清晰表述自己的观点； 3、良好沟通协作与执行力，自驱好学，对互联网产品与体验设计有长期热情； 4、对AIGC新工具熟练运用、精通 Figma、PS/AI等设计软件； 5、对潮流感兴趣，有认真体验过得物App者优先。
