岗位定位 聚焦行政综合体系建设+员工福利运营双赛道成长，深度参与制度流程搭建、运营项目统筹、资源协同与数字化建设全链路工作。欢迎多元专业背景的同学加入，依托体系化带教成长为兼具落地能力与体系思维的专业型行政管理者。 岗位职责: 1、运营体系与项目管理：协助搭建及迭代行政制度、流程标准化体系，统筹跟进员工办公空间、资产管理、宿舍、工服、设施设备等行政类项目落地，制定并跟踪阶段性运营计划，保障行政服务稳定交付。 2、业务对接与跨部门协同：对接各业务部门行政需求，输出定制化行政支持解决方案，协调内外部资源推动跨部门协作事项落地；响应办公及仓储现场行政类突发问题，保障日常运营顺畅。 3、流程优化与资产管理：协助优化区域设施管理、安全巡检、供应商协调等行政流程，提升运营效率；参与行政固定资产、后勤物资的全生命周期管理，落实台账规范化建设。 4、数据运营与预算管控：负责行政运营核心数据统计分析，涵盖预算执行、能耗、维修成本、空间利用率等维度，输出定期分析报告；协助开展行政预算编制、费用管控，参与降本增效专项项目的策划与落地。 5、数字化建设与综合事务：协助推进行政数字化平台的建设、迭代与系统升级，参与合同、档案等基础资料的规范化管理；统筹员工福利相关事务落地，完成团队交办的临时行政支持工作。

1、2027届本科及以上学历毕业生，专业不限；对行政数字化办公有认知，了解或使用过Work Buddy、ClaudeCode等AI数字化工具者优先； 2、具备扎实的文字功底与方案撰写能力，有活动策划、项目统筹相关经验者优先； 3、具备良好的沟通协调、组织执行能力，逻辑缜密，应变能力强，有较强的责任心与团队协作意识； 4、有空间运营、预算管理、设施设备管理、行政后勤相关学习或实践经历者优先； 5、有互联网企业、科技制造企业或产业园区行政/运营/设施管理相关实习经验者优先； 6、好奇心强，自驱力足，思维活跃有想法，能承受一定工作压力，愿意深耕行政运营与综合管理领域。
