负责招商全流程支持工作，协助搭建优质卖家生态，配合招商团队完成招商、养商及行业洞察相关工作，保障招商工作高效推进，助力类目业绩及招商工作达成，具体职责如下：

1.招商基础支持：协助招商团队开展商家线索挖掘、筛选及对接工作，整理招商常用资料、跟进招商洽谈进度，及时反馈沟通结果，确保招商流程顺畅推进； 2.新卖家孵化与维护：负责新入驻卖家的落地支持，指导卖家完成入驻流程及基础运营准备，了解卖家诉求及归纳总结输出卖家原声，协助解决入驻及初期运营中的基础问题，提升卖家留存率，提升新商动销率； 3.基础拓商家工作：通过可转化资源进行招商同时结合重点招商方向进行拓商动作，支持招商团队在重点方向上招商工作； 4.招商数据统计与分析：负责招商相关数据的日常统计、整理，分析数据背后的问题与优化方向，输出数据报表，支撑招商工作优化； 5.跨部门协同配合：配合运营、中台等相关部门，完成协同工作，反馈卖家及招商端相关需求，推动跨部门高效协作。 6.行业洞察能力：对运动户外有一定的见解，了解国内外运动品牌趋势，结合电商行业情况，发掘热门品牌及新品，及时开展招商工作。

1. 2027届应届生，本科及以上学历； 2. 具备较好的数据分析能力，需熟练使用Excel，多维表格等； 3. 有较强的自驱力、执行力、学习能力及逻辑思维能力，善于沟通协同，能发现问题并提出初步解决方案； 4. 热爱运动，对运动户外有了解，能够快速捕捉行业动态，有相关行业实习经验者优先。
