1. 负责得物平台补贴策略的产品设计与落地，覆盖优惠券、满减、新人补贴、品类补贴等核心补贴工具，持续提升补贴效率与用户体验； 2. 深入理解用户与业务场景，基于用户分层和消费行为设计差异化补贴策略，平衡拉新、促活、转化等业务目标与补贴成本； 3. 建立补贴ROI评估体系，通过数据监控、A/B实验与效果复盘，持续优化补贴发放规则、面额与使用门槛； 4. 协同算法团队推动智能补贴能力建设（人群定向、动态定价、补贴个性化等），探索补贴策略的自动化与精细化； 5. 关注行业补贴玩法与用户反馈，识别补贴漏洞与风控风险（如薅羊毛、刷单），推动补贴风控机制的完善。

1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、经济学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2. 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL，了解Python或R者优先； 3. 对补贴、优惠券、定价策略、用户增长等概念有基本认知，有相关实习或项目经验者优先； 4. 逻辑严谨，具备成本收益思维，能理性评估策略效果与风险； 5. 对电商行业与潮流消费有热情，关注主流电商平台补贴玩法者优先。
