1. 参与平台商品线的日常运营，负责商品基础信息维护、商品分类与标签管理、选品及商品池运营，持续提升商品信息的完整性、准确性和规范性； 2. 深入理解商品数据及业务逻辑，推动商品信息在商详页、搜索推荐、营销活动等场景中的有效应用；结合用户需求、市场趋势和经营数据制定选品策略，挖掘商品的增长机会与商业价值； 3. 负责商品运营数据的监控与分析，搭建商品健康度、上架率、转化率、动销率等核心指标体系，定期输出分析结论，并推动运营策略持续优化； 4. 参与商品质量治理，针对信息缺失、属性错误、重复铺货、违规内容等问题制定运营规则；结合OCR识别、NLP文本分析及AI工具，提高商品审核与治理效率； 5. 协同产品、技术、算法、招商、营销及行业运营等团队，推动商品运营策略落地，跟进项目进度并对运营结果负责。

1. 2027届应届生，本科及以上学历，计算机、工程类、管理学、经济学、统计学、应用数学等相关专业优先； 2. 对电商及商品运营有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的用户意识、市场敏感度和商品分析能力，有电商平台、零售或互联网运营实习经历者优先； 3. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够熟练使用Excel等数据分析工具；掌握SQL、Python或数据可视化工具者优先； 4. 具备良好的沟通协调和资源整合能力，能够高效推动跨团队协作及项目落地； 5. 自驱力和学习能力强，逻辑清晰，对业务变化保持敏感，具备良好的责任心和抗压能力。
