1、面向得物供应链全链路、商品研究业务场景，开展 AI 算法研发与落地，覆盖商品视觉感知、质检鉴别、工业异常检测、供应链智能决策等核心业务，完成从需求拆解、方案设计、模型训练、评测迭代到业务上线的全链路闭环。 2、负责视觉与多模态理解方向算法建设，开展细粒度图像分类、目标检测、图像分割任务研发，解决商品变体、瑕疵缺陷、真伪差异等复杂真实业务问题，持续提升识别精度与鲁棒性。 3、开展大模型应用、AI Agent 设计研发工作，构建面向供应链业务的智能决策 Agent，实现工具调用、任务编排、推理规划、证据校验等能力，赋能质检、仓储、商研分析自动化流程。 4、探索 VLA 视觉‑语言‑动作具身智能前沿技术，研究物理世界感知、任务决策链路，面向供应链工业场景做技术预研、方案验证与原型落地，推动前沿技术向业务价值转化。 5、跟踪 CV、多模态大模型、Agent、具身智能领域学术与工业界前沿，复现、改进前沿算法，结合业务痛点做创新方案论证；搭建数据集、评测指标体系，沉淀可复用算法组件与技术资产。 6、和供应链产品、工程、产线业务团队紧密协作，对齐业务目标，通过 AB 实验、badcase 复盘持续迭代模型效果，驱动业务指标提升。

1、2027届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，计算机、电子工程、自动化、人工智能等相关专业，具备扎实机器学习、深度学习理论基础。 2、熟练掌握 Python，熟悉 PyTorch/TensorFlow 至少一种深度学习框架，具备良好工程编码能力，熟悉 Linux 开发环境。 3、至少在以下一个或多个技术方向有项目 / 科研经历： ①计算机视觉：细粒度分类、目标检测、图像分割、工业异常检测； ②多模态 / 大模型：VLM、大模型应用微调、RAG、Prompt 工程； ③AI Agent：智能体框架、工具调用、任务规划、ReAct/CoT 等推理范式； ④具身智能：VLA 视觉‑语言‑动作模型、模仿学习、物理场景感知决策。 4、具备良好问题拆解能力，能够把复杂业务问题转化为算法问题，有较强的逻辑分析、方案思辨能力。

加分项 1、有真实图像质检、工业缺陷检测、商品细粒度识别项目经历；有数据集构建、模型评测、badcase 深度复盘经验。 2、有 Agent 系统开发、多模态大模型落地实践，熟悉 LangChain/LlamaIndex 等智能体框架；了解 VLA、具身智能相关模型与仿真环境。 3、在 CV/AI 相关顶会顶刊（CVPR/ICML/NeurIPS/ECCV 等）发表论文，或 Kaggle、天池等算法竞赛取得优异成绩，有高质量开源项目贡献。 4、熟悉模型轻量化、推理部署、TensorRT 等优化手段；有大数据处理、AB 实验平台使用经验。 5、对电商供应链、商品质检鉴别业务有理解，愿意深入真实工业业务场景做算法落地。
