1. 梳理品类 SKU 级供给缺口，定向建联并引入优质企业卖家（数码/美妆/户外/潮玩），推进商家从建联到上架的全流程； 2. 对在售商家/商品进行分层运营，推动爆品率、动销率、履约率监控体系，识别滞销/库存缺口，驱动商家针对有效供给持续做功； 3. 定期监控交易相关指标（搜推归因订单数、UV 转化率、商详 IPV 支付转化等），围绕数码&美妆&潮玩&户外等类目的营销节点推进落地方案，包含但不限于货盘圈定、C/B补贴设计与 GMV 目标拆解等； 4. 参与秒杀场域效率提升，跟进关键指标达成进度并持续迭代 SOP。
