1. 商家运营与分层管理：根据品牌发展目标，推进拓商扩品快速成长；清晰梳理头部和腰尾卖家的成长路径，针对不同圈层商家开展针对性运营，包括周度运营会、生意诊断等，不断强化商家的供应链竞争力，保持站内货全价优； 2. 数据管理：完成周/月/季度维度核心运营数据监控与更新，协助完成负责业务线商家/品牌/类目/活动等的运营数据分析，从数据中发现问题并反馈； 3. 策略与资源落地：根据商家运营策略，与上下游部门高度协作，协助完成运营动作、活动任务等宣导对齐；协助推进商家完成出价任务、活动提报和工具使用等，推动商家加大对平台的投入和新模式合作探索； 4. 平台营销活动组织：负责KA商家营销工作的开展，如大牌日/登峰日/品类日等活动的商家信息收集及会场搭建，协助品牌顺利完成营销活动； 5. 行业洞察：洞察行业发展趋势，掌握友商平台动态以及品牌旗下头部卖家的商品价格和货源情况，摸排商家经营痛点，推进项目和解决方案落地。

1. 2027届应届生，本科及以上学历，有电商/互联网运营实习经验者优先； 2. 具备取数及数据分析能力，有数据敏感性与洞察力，有结合具体场景的数据分析案例者优先； 3. 热爱运动，对运动鞋服等品类的流行趋势有一定市场敏锐度，对品牌行业或运动本身有兴趣； 4. 较强的内驱力、执行力和学习能力，沟通协调能力优秀； 5. 细心负责主动，善于与商家建立并维护良好关系。
