1、负责客服和体验相关产品（含VOC、智能客服、客服工作台、工单系统、售后服务、纠纷仲裁等）的规划、设计与迭代，制定产品路线图。 2、深入理解电商客服业务场景（售前咨询、售中跟进、售后处理、退换货、投诉纠纷等），梳理业务流程并抽象为产品能力。 3、推动智能客服机器人、意图识别、知识库、智能质检、坐席辅助等AI能力及大模型创新应用的落地与优化，持续提升自助解决率与客服人效。 4、通过数据分析与用户调研识别客服链路痛点，优化工作台、快捷回复、工单流转等效率工具，并建立客服核心指标体系持续监控与优化。 5、与业务、运营、技术、算法、设计等多团队紧密协作，推动产品从需求到上线的全流程落地，并对接客服运营团队收集一线反馈转化为产品需求。

1、27届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机类、信息管理与信息系统、电子商务专业优先 2、具备良好的产品设计能力与数据分析能力，能独立完成PRD撰写并通过数据驱动产品决策。 3、对智能客服、NLP、大模型等AI技术有基本认知 4、优秀的沟通协调与跨团队协作能力，结果导向，具备较强的抗压能力与自驱力，能推动复杂项目落地。
