1. 项目全流程运营与管理：围绕业务核心机会点（如国家补贴项目、供给保障专项、UE成本优化等）牵头推进跨部门项目，制定项目计划、明确里程碑及交付物，协调产品、技术、数据、客服等团队资源，确保项目按时、高质量落地。建立并维护项目周度追踪机制，定期输出进度报告，识别风险与瓶颈，及时升级决策，保障信息透明与多方协同；项目结束后组织复盘，沉淀标准化流程、SOP及知识库，推动组织效率持续提升； 2. 核心指标体系建设与策略推进：参与搭建业务核心结果指标（如GMV、订单量、转化率、用户留存）和供给指标（如补贴效率、资损率、客服成本、商品覆盖率）的监控体系，设计可视化看板，实现周度追踪与异常预警。结合数据深入分析指标波动原因，定位问题根因（如补贴策略偏差、供给不足），输出可落地的优化方案，并推动相关部门协同改进，形成“监控-分析-行动-复盘”的闭环。

1. 2027届应届生，本科及以上学历，电子商务、市场营销、管理学、统计学等相关专业优先，有相关实习经验，特别是参与过促销活动、用户增长、成本优化或数据分析类项目者优先； 2.项目管理与逻辑思维：具备基础的项目管理意识，能拆解目标、制定计划并跟踪进度；逻辑清晰，善于从复杂信息中提炼关键问题，推动项目落地实现拿结果； 3.数据分析与工具使用：熟练掌握Excel，具备SQL或Python基础者加分；对数据敏感，能通过数据驱动决策； 4. 有团队合作精神，善于跨团队协作；自驱力强，乐于接受挑战。
