1、参与AI Native及相关工具设计、开发与迭代，包括 AI workflow 编排，Agentic Ops，AI 智能 Agent ， LLM 网关，AI Agent 推理请求调度及 Claw 个人研发助手开发优化等; 2、参与 AI Infr 和传统中间件设计、开发与迭代，包括大模型 API Gateway ，AI 向量数据库开发，以及传统中间件分布式缓存、RPC框架、消息队列等性能优化和稳定性保障; 3、参与微服务架构技术攻关和 AI 探索，包括服务治理、热点探测、 AI 短信、AI 语音等中间件核心领域；探索Service Mesh 和容器化在 AI 服务场景下的标准化治理方案； 3、解决Gateway、Redis、DAL 等大流量分布式场景下的高可用、容灾、数据一致性等问题，制定 AI 系统保障体系，包含 MCP、Agent、SKill 等，保障底层基础设施服务的 SLA。

1、2027届毕业生，计算机/软件工程/通信等相关专业本科及以上学历，扎实的数据结构与算法基础； 2、精通 Java（JVM调优、并发编程），熟悉 Golang 协程/GC机制，两者均精通者优先；了解 LLM 推理优化（如 KV Cache、Continuous Batching）原理者优先； 3、对 AI 大模型有基本认知与实践经验：了解 LLM 工作原理及主流模型（GPT/Claude/Qwen 等）。如有 Agent 开发或使用经验，了解 RAG（检索增强生成）基本流程，熟悉 MCP 等 AI 工具协议者优先； 4、对中间件/分布式系统/AI 基础设施领域有强烈兴趣和责任心，有开源贡献（GitHub 活跃项目、Apache/CNCF 生态参与）或技术博客者优先。
