1. 2027届应届生，本科及以上学历； 2. 具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用 SQL、Excel，了解 Python 或 R 者优先； 3. 对用户分层、RFM 模型、生命周期管理等概念有基本认知，有相关实习或项目经验者优先； 4. 逻辑清晰，结果导向，具备良好的沟通协调能力和跨团队推动力； 5. 热爱潮流文化，是得物或同类潮流电商平台的深度用户优先。
