1. 商家生态层级治理：协助搭建、迭代服装商家入驻、清退、品牌定级标准化规则，跟进同质化商家分层管理、升降级机制落地，助力优化平台服装商家整体结构，维护良好的商家经营生态； 2. 服装价格力管控：制定服装分层价格管控策略，对标竞对平台，通过产品及补贴提升服装价格竞争力优势； 3. 数据复盘与策略迭代：围绕商家经营、层级治理等核心指标，搭建基础数据复盘体系，通过数据整理、分析挖掘业务问题与机会点，配合完成运营策略优化迭代，搭建完整业务运营闭环； 4. 项目协同与落地推进：联动公司内外相关团队，推进商家治理、商业化运营各类专项方案落地，跟进项目进度、统计落地效果，助力团队完成整体业务目标。

1. 2027届应届生，本科及以上学历； 2. 对电商服装行业、平台商家运营及商业化玩法有浓厚兴趣，了解电商基本运营逻辑，有电商运营、商家策略、市场分析相关实习经验者优先； 3. 具备基础数据分析能力，擅长整理、拆解数据，能够依托数据发现问题，协助输出可落地的运营优化思路与方案； 4. 具备良好的逻辑思维、项目执行能力和跨部门沟通协同能力，目标感强、细心踏实，拥有较强的学习能力，愿意深耕电商运营赛道。
