1、27届毕业生，本科及以上学历，专业不限，理工科、电子商务、产品设计、市场营销优先； 2、对电商用户体验、售后服务、用户决策链路有敏感度，擅长逻辑拆解、数据归因、问题定性，会sql、及其他数据分析软件； 3、具备结构化思维，能看懂业务指标、能区分数据波动与真实体验问题，有电商/互联网实习经验优先； 4、擅长从用户视角、业务视角双维度分析问题，能输出可落地的优化策略，不局限纯理论分析
