1. 艺术家与品牌引入：协助艺术品行业艺术家 / 品牌的拓展、引入、关系维护，建立并迭代艺术家分级管理体系（按 GMV 贡献 / 动销率 / 品牌势能分层运营）； 2. 头部艺术家日常运营：配合运营头部艺术家的官宣活动、货品上新、重点新品打爆及日常内容维护，参与策划营销主题活动（明星 / 节日 / IP 联名等），对 GMV 与动销率指标负责； 3. 品类运营与爆款挖掘：以用户需求与市场 / 行业洞察为抓手，识别原有品类下的细分机会（家居、潮玩、艺术品衍生品等），持续挖掘潜力爆款商品； 4. 行业洞察与情报扫描：跟踪艺术行业动态：实时掌握热度艺术家、热销商品、新兴 IP 等信息，输出上翻供给建议；洞察友商平台的艺术家 / 货品 / 营销玩法 / 价格策略，沉淀竞品情报库； 5. 跨部门协作：联动采购、设计、算法、市场、客服等多方推动项目落地，参与跨部门专项（如数藏 - IP 联名、新品类拓展、明星联名官宣等）。

1. 2027届应届生，本科及以上学历； 2. 专业能力：对艺术领域有感知力，对潮流 / 明星文化有兴趣与积累，能判断 "什么是好内容、什么是好商品"； 3. 数据敏感，能从 GMV / 动销 / 转化等指标中发现问题并推动解决； 4. 熟练使用 Office（Excel/PPT 必备），能用 Excel 透视表 / 函数做基础数据分析，能用 PPT 独立完成运营方案汇报； 5. 综合素质： 自我驱动，结果导向，能主动挖掘问题并推进解决； 逻辑清晰，表达有条理，文字功底扎实（方案 / 简报 / 复盘输出； 良好的审美能力、项目统筹能力与跨部门沟通协作能力； 耐心细心，能高效处理多线程事务； 6.加分项（优先考虑）： 有艺术 / 潮玩 / 奢侈品 / 电商平台实习经验； 运营过小红书、抖音、得物等内容平台个人账号或有相关项目经历； 熟悉至少 1 个内容 / 电商平台的数据后台； 英语能力良好，有海外艺术资源 / 艺术家沟通经验； 关注数藏 / 区块链 / IP 联名等，对平台级 IP 合作有认知。
