1、2027届毕业生，计算机、软件工程、数学或相关专业本科及以上学历。 2、熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（如 Python, Java, Go），对数据结构、算法、操作系统有深入理解。 对 LLM、Prompt Engineering、RAG 或 Agent 框架（如 LangChain, AutoGPT）有实际动手经验或浓厚兴趣。 3、熟悉 Linux 开发环境，了解 Docker/Kubernetes 等容器化技术者优先。 4、了解常见大模型，对ClaudeCode 、cursor等AICoding工具有一定掌握和实践 5、优秀的逻辑思维能力，对未知领域充满好奇，能够从海量数据或复杂现象中敏锐发现潜藏的风险。
