1. 洞察得物平台商业化客户投放需求：协助洞察得物平台商业化客户投放需求、站外流量分发特点，参与外投广告投放策略优化与平台架构迭代，配合算法团队落地模型能力优化，辅助平衡客户投放体验、投放效率、媒体变现效益与平台长期商业化收益；跟进广告归因、转化回传、精细化人群运营、DPA、RTA等核心广告产品能力的搭建与优化工作； 2. 用户产品、研发、算法等跨部门团：协同用户产品、研发、算法等跨部门团队，参与产品方案讨论、需求梳理、方案落地全流程，跟进需求开发、测试上线、灰度放量工作，保障产品功能顺利落地，助力达成团队业务与产品目标； 3. 持续关注电商广告、程序化营销行业动态与前沿玩法，学习行业主流商业模式，结合平台业务特性，协助开展产品微创新、营销玩法迭代与商业化优化探索； 4. 联动业务、运营团队：协助完成广告产品的市场落地与商家渗透工作，定期整理一线客户反馈、投放运营数据，协助梳理产品问题与优化方向，支撑产品常态化迭代升级； 5. 学习并运用基础数据分析方法，依托业务数据、行业趋势、竞品动态，整理分析结论、输出基础业务洞察，辅助团队优化产品策略、提升广告投放与商业化效率。

1. 27届应届生，计算机、管理、金融相关专业优先，对互联网广告、电商商业化、效果投放有浓厚兴趣； 2. 具备良好的逻辑思维、数据分析能力和业务理解力，善于拆解问题、梳理需求，能够快速学习广告产品相关知识与工具； 3. 沟通协作能力良好，抗压性强，具备责任心和自驱力，乐于跨团队协同推进落地各项工作； 4. 有互联网产品、广告商业化、电商运营相关实习经历者优先。
