1. 运输能力体系建设：负责运输业务0-1能力建设，识别能力缺口，设计并搭建新的运输能力模块；从买卖家体验视角出发，构建运输业务的标准化流程、工具体系和解决方案库 2. 复杂问题攻坚与方案设计：承接供应链内部难以解决的运输难题，开展深度诊断与根因分析；设计端到端的创新解决方案，把控方案的技术可行性、成本可行性与业务价值；输出可复用的解决方案，沉淀为标准化方法论和最佳实践 3. 方案落地与规模化推广：推动方案从验证试点到规模化落地的全流程执行；协调跨部门资源（产品、技术、运营、承运商等），管控项目进度、风险与交付质量；建立方案效果评估机制，持续优化迭代 4. 前瞻性探索与创新：关注行业前沿实践（如运输全栈AI Agent等），探索新技术在运输场景的应用；主动发现业务痛点，提出创新性解决思路，推动运输业务能力升级

1. 2027届应届生，本科及以上学历 2. 物流管理、交通运输、供应链管理、工业工程等相关专业 3. 具备优秀的创新与突破能力、问题分析与方案设计能力；逻辑性强、对数据敏感 4. 具备AI技术应用能力，了解AI在物流运输场景的应用方向，有AI辅助解决方案设计的经验优先（如运输AI Agent等） 5. 优秀的沟通协调与执行能力、抗压能力，能够推动复杂项目落地，责任心强，结果导向，有项目经验或实习经验优先
