一、YOUNG计划项目介绍 YOUNG计划作为供应链仓储履约管理校招生培养项目，致力于为得物供应链园区现场业务培养年轻化基层管理人才。项目自22年起，已为供应链输出大量一线管理人才，往届YOUNG计划学员已成长为各仓一线管理骨干，他们现在正带着自己的团队，保障每一单的履约体验。

二、职位描述 1.管理仓储各环节业务，包括收货、分拣、质拍、出库等，确保现场运作顺畅； 2.以提升履约体验、降低成本、提高效率为目标，运用精益生产方法管理仓储业务流程； 3.参与柔性线产线运营管理，协调多环节人员与节拍，推动产线整体效率提升； 4.使用实时产能看板、数据等数字化工具，通过数据驱动现场运营效率； 5.领导一线团队完成各项指标，对一线伙伴进行辅导、激励等相关工作。

三、成长链路 培养目标：3年内，通过实战历练和关键项目，把你培养成具备供应链专业能力、精益生产能力和团队管理能力的仓储管理者。 实战历练： - 入职 1–3 个月：仓储一线全岗位历练，夯实业务基础； - 入职 4–9 个月：管理跟岗见习 + 带组实战，掌握基层管理核心能力； - 入职 9–18 个月：深化管理实践，强化统筹协调与团队运营能力，巩固基层管理成果； - 入职 1.5–3 年：进入加速培养阶段，全面提升管理视野与综合能力。 机会与发展：对 9 个月后成长为基层管理者的员工，纳入重点人才池持续跟踪助力发展，通过 3 年阶梯式培养，成功晋升为仓储履约部门中层管理者，迈向更高管理职级。

1.2027届应届生，本科及以上学历，供应链类、工业工程类、物流类专业优先； 2.良好的语言表达和沟通协调能力；学习能力强，善于思考总结；全情投入，能沉下心做事； 3.具备基础的问题处理能力，能透过数据、分辨事实与观点等，对问题进行结构化拆分，形成事实结论；
