负责电商产品下单购买、价格优惠等交易链路体验监控，通过指标体系（NPS、CPO、用户反馈等）定位体验问题。 1、体验数据归因与问题拆解 基于周/月度业务数据波动，完成指标差异分析、人群分层拆解、问题根因定位，区分产品逻辑、平台规则、服务保障等体验问题，输出结构化归因结论。 2、价格体验策略运营 参与价保、降价退差、津贴赔付、商家出资补贴等策略的设计与迭代，跟踪上线效果并持续优化。 3、下单/账号体验策略运营 参与购买下单、账号安全等环节体验改善，能基于消费者视角发现平台规则/保障可优化机会点，输出改善建议并推动相关方共同优化。 4、体验标准&体系建设 参与下单/价格/账号等场景VOC标签体系、体验问题分级标准、问题迭代闭环机制建设，推动体验问题从“单点修复”走向“根因解决”。 5、跨部门推进落地 联动产品、策略、内容、运营、客服团队，推动体验优化方案落地，跟进上线效果、复盘数据收益，输出周报/月报/专项复盘。

1、27届毕业生，本科及以上学历，专业不限，统计学、经济、电子商务、产品设计、市场营销优先； 2、对电商用户体验、用户决策链路有热情，对数据归因及问题定性具有敏感度； 3、逻辑严谨，拥有结构化思维，具备sql或其他数据分析能力，有电商/互联网实习经验优先； 4、擅长从用户视角、业务视角双维度分析问题，能输出可落地的优化策略，对体验改善保持热情。
