1、2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、通信等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程基础，熟悉Golang，具备良好的代码质量意识； 3、具备扎实的计算机基础知识，熟悉操作系统、计算机网络、数据结构及数据库等基础知识； 4、有Docker、Kubernetes开发或使用经验者优先； 5、了解大语言模型及AI应用开发的基本概念，熟悉Prompt编写与优化，了解Agent、Skill、RAG等技术，有相关项目实践者优先； 6、熟悉至少一种主流AI编程工具，能够使用AI辅助完成编码、测试及技术问题分析，有自定义Prompt或Skill实践经验者优先； 7、具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力及团队协作意识。
