1. 2027届应届生，本科及以上学历，数学、计算机、统计学、管理学等相关专业优先； 2. 实习与实践经验：有头部互联网公司商分/战略/产品运营/项目管理实习经验，或头部咨询公司/投资机构投研分析实习经验优先；对电商行业有基础认知； 3. 数据分析能力：具备结构化思维和业务视角，对数字敏感，能通过数据定位问题并输出洞察；熟练掌握Excel、SQL者优先； 4. 沟通与推动能力：聪明灵活，学习能力强，善于跨部门沟通与协作；有学生组织或实习中独立负责项目的经验优先； 5. 综合素质：自驱力强，踏实肯干；有求知欲和探索精神，对AI工具有使用热情；英文读写能力较好者优先。
