1. 业务洞察与需求分析：深入仓储生产、物流配送、国际贸易等业务一线，通过轮岗与实操调研，拆解复杂的业务流程，挖掘效率提升点。 2. 产品方案设计：结合业务痛点，参与供应链计划、仓储&包装、精益生产、国际化履约等模块的产品功能及方案设计，绘制业务流程图及产品原型，撰写高质量的 PRD，确保产品功能贴合实际业务场景。 3. 项目全生命周期管理：协同技术、测试及业务团队，推进产品研发进度，负责功能验收及上线后的业务落地支持，收集用户反馈并快速迭代优化。 4. 数据驱动决策：参与产品核心指标体系建立，通过对库存周转、履约时效、人效成本等核心指标的数据分析，识别产品优化点，持续迭代优化产品方案，闭环解决业务痛点。 5. 创新场景探索：参与 AIoT 智能硬件、自动化设备集成以及 AI 算法在供应链场景（如需求预测、路径规划）的落地应用。 6. 行业趋势学习：关注 AI 技术、供应链数字化、智能化行业趋势，研究标杆企业在产销协同、仓储运营、精益生产等领域的最佳实践，将先进理念与方法融入产品设计。

1.2027届应届生，本科及以上学历，计算机、工业工程、供应链管理、物流管理、数学/统计学等相关专业优先，有电商/物流/供应链相关实习经验者优先。 2.对供应链核心流程有基础认知，了解供应链管理基本理念，具备较强的业务理解能力与学习意愿，有仓储/物流/生产现场实习经历者优先。 3.数据驱动思维，能够通过数据分析识别业务痛点与产品优化点，具备 SQL/Python 等数据处理能力者优先。 4.具备良好的跨部门协同能力，能够有效对接业务、研发、测试等多方，推动需求共识与落地，具备优秀的沟通表达、逻辑思维及问题解决能力。 5.认同得物 “求着，向前一步，拥抱变化” 的企业价值观，对电商及潮流文化有一定了解或兴趣。
